TRC PRODUCTS

Build the case. Define what you need. Assess the market. Strengthen governance.

TRC products turn treasury input into structured, usable outputs. Our technology-selection products take you from the original case for change through scope, requirements, market assessment and final recommendation. Our Governance & Resilience products review and rewrite the documents that govern how Treasury operates and responds when normal processes fail.

TREASURY GOVERNANCE & RESILIENCE

Review, rewrite and keep critical Treasury documents current.

TRC collects the specific facts, limits, responsibilities, systems and controls that apply to your Treasury. We use that structured input to rewrite the document around how your Treasury actually operates, identify gaps or decisions that cannot be inferred, and maintain a clear audit trail of what has changed.

01

Treasury Policy Manual Review & Rewrite

We review your existing Treasury Policy Manual and collect the specific information needed to rewrite it: governance, people and responsibilities, delegated authorities, dealing limits, counterparties, financial instruments, liquidity, risk, monitoring, controls, reporting and exceptions.

Structured client data · tailored rewrite · gaps and decisions clearly identified.

CLIENT OUTPUTRewritten Treasury Policy Manual, gap & decision register and change record
02

Treasury DR & Cyber Manual Review & Rewrite

We review the existing Treasury disaster recovery and cyber arrangements and capture the critical activities, people, systems, dependencies, recovery priorities, invocation responsibilities, alternative processes and workarounds needed to keep Treasury operating.

Treasury-specific resilience · practical recovery arrangements · clear ownership.

CLIENT OUTPUTRewritten Treasury DR & Cyber Manual, gap & decision register and change record
03

Treasury Governance & Resilience Review

Take both reviews together where the Policy Manual and DR & Cyber Manual need to be aligned. Common information is captured once and applied consistently across both documents, while policy, control and resilience gaps remain separately visible.

One structured capture · two aligned governance documents.

04

Annual Review & Update

We will diarise the annual review and approval date and work back from it, giving enough time to refresh the underlying Treasury information, update the affected documents and complete management review. TRC will then issue the revised manual together with a clear year-on-year change report showing what changed, why it changed, and the section and page affected, making the annual review and approval process much easier.

Keep it current. Keep it controlled.

ANNUAL OUTPUTUpdated manual + section and page-level change report
